We were out-of-state sellers and couldn’t get to the property ourselves to make sure everything was taken care of. She handled everything. She coordinated repairs, maintenance, and inspections. The place wasn’t in tip top condition, and she took care of everything, got it fixed, cleaned up, photographed, listed, and sold.
